The Astrology of 2015
In 2012, the major ‘astrological question’ was whether or not the Mayans had seen the future of mankind and had predicted the end of the world on Winter Solstice of that year. Well, obviously, the world did not come to an end – at least in the popular sense. However, that year a series of 7 squares between the planets of Uranus and Pluto began and perhaps our understanding of the world has ended and a new paradigm has begun.
In the last 4 years, the middle east has exploded with revolutions, Occupy Wall Street created a revolution of its own by coining “The 99%”, workers in Wisconsin protested new labor laws, women have been granted equal pay, gays can now serve openly in the military and can marry in 30 states, the racial divide has occurred once again in Missouri, and we are still “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”. Attempting to analyze these events through a political lens is perhaps futile, because we are all perhaps tainted by political ideologies. However, what is evident is an increasing disconnect between
