I understand this feeling. In fact, I got to know this feeling very well early on as a child.
As a child of abuse, I learned that playing by the rules, being empathetic and intuitive was my best chance for survival. I also knew that if I was going to survive I would have to find help.
I found help in books.
Looking back, it is fascinating, at 12 how I found Liz Greene. One day in my grandmother’s library I literally tripped over her book. It had fallen out of the bookshelf. I had no idea then how much her book, Saturn: A New Look at an Old Devil, would change my life.
For the rest of my childhood, I would regularly lock myself away in my bedroom, day after day, to read books about astrology.
Being a strong math student I was also able to quickly learn how to construct my natal chart. My natal chart taught me a lot about myself and how I am in the world.
Within these books, within my chart I started to find answers.
As I grew older I learned a few other things:
I learned that life wasn’t about just surviving. I learned that I didn’t need approval. And I learned that knowledge was power, but taking action from that knowledge made life worth living.
Once I learned how to use these tools of astrology and psychology, I found out how to truly be myself.
By being myself, I found freedom.
So why am I telling you all this?
I help people feel alive again. I do this through a unique approach of astrology and psychology.

I have been a professionally practicing astrologer for over 25 years. In those 25 years I have worked with over 250,000 people to help them navigate their chart and their life. Today, my astrological studies are vast and I continue to study this ancient art. I have completed courses in astrology with Gilbert Navarro and Mary Shea (based on Ivy Jacobson’s Horary), Liz Greene’s Centre for Psychological Astrology (with John Green), and a correspondence course with the Faculty for Astrological Studies. In addition, I hold a degree in psychology and I am working towards my doctoral degree in Metaphysical and Transpersonal Psychology.
