Cosmic Overview

The aspect of the week occurs on Saturday, as Venus in Aquarius squares Uranus in Taurus. I’m going to be blunt (okay, I’m known for that): if you are inflexible in your relationships, must have your own way, or do not like to compromise, then Venus square Uranus is difficult – very difficult. However, if you are flexible and can compromise with your partners (all of them), Venus square Uranus can enhance your relationships significantly.

The planet Uranus likes progress, not stagnation. When Uranus is in a hard aspect to Venus, and your relationships are stuck in a rut and not growing, he tends to shake things up.

Now, the key to working with Venus square Uranus is to shake things up on your own. Venus-Uranus likes excitement, so doing different activities, exploring new things, and adding new elements to keep your relationships fresh will help mitigate many of the more troublesome manifestations of the aspect.

In addition to love, Venus rules money. You may want to keep a watch on your expenditures, because unexpected expenses may occur. Furthermore, this is not the best time to make impulsive investments.

Astrology Forecast for the Week of March 7, 2022 – March 13, 2022

The astrology forecast for the week of March 7, 2022 through March 13, 2022 features a minimal amount of cosmic energy. We have Mercury moving out of Aquarius and into Pisces, and the Sun completes his annual conjunction to Neptune.

Since there is not a lot of activity this week, I decided to offer suggestions to work with the weekly forecast, since I often get questions about personalizing the forecast frequently.

The purpose of getting a copy of your horoscope is to find out your ascendant (rising sign), which will reveal how your houses lay out in the chart.

Next, you can download a copy of the “Astrology Cheat Sheet” designed by my late friend Barbara Schermer. It’s an excellent quick resource for you to have on hand, or you can purchase “Astrology for Yourself” by Demetra George, which is available in workbook and kindle formats.

Finally, you can now plot the areas of your chart where astrological activity is taking place. For example, this week Mercury moves into the sign of Pisces. If you have Libra rising (and working with whole sign houses), then Mercury will move into your 6^th house of health, work, rituals, and day to day activities. This means Mercury will provide understanding and conversations about these areas of your life. However, if you have Taurus rising, Mercury will move through your 11^th house of friends, groups, and hopes and wishes. While Mercury is in Pisces, you will likely feel more social, and you will perhaps look at your big picture plans and objectives.

This week features the most positive day of the year, as the Sun and Jupiter conjoin in Pisces. Sun conjoins Jupiter in Pisces is incredibly positive because Jupiter is in his sign, and his benefic energy is amplified. So, make sure you take advantage of this energy while it’s available.

One of the most beneficial features of the Sun conjunct Jupiter is it’s an optimistic and joyful aspect. Your spirits will be lifted, and this should have a positive impact on your outlook on life, and people will enjoy being around you. New experiences are important at this time because Jupiter will want to expand your worldview, and you will have the urge to make your life bigger, bolder, and brighter. As I said earlier, the Sun conjoined to Jupiter is considered lucky. It’s easy to quickly (especially the fire signs) see opportunities and take advantage of them. So, pay close attention to anything presented to you while this aspect is active.

The only drawback to Sun conjunct Jupiter is its propensity towards burnout. It’s very easy to get excited by everything in your life, and as a result, you may take on more than you can handle. So, try not to overdo it.
