There is a moment in The Lion King when Simba’s comfortable life begins to turn against him.
He has spent years far from Pride Rock with Timon and Pumbaa, eating grubs, singing songs, and avoiding every question that might lead him back to the night his father died. Their friendship is real, and so is the life they built together. They gave him shelter when shame had convinced him that he had nowhere left to belong. Yet the philosophy that once helped him survive has slowly become a way of remaining absent from his own life.
Then Nala appears.
She brings news of the kingdom he left behind, and suddenly Hakuna Matata no longer sounds like freedom. It sounds like exile with a catchy chorus.
This is where the story of Jupiter in Leo begins.
Jupiter enters Leo and enlarges the desire to create, lead, celebrate, love, perform, and take up more room in our own lives. It can restore confidence after a period of hesitation and awaken talents that have been sitting in the dark, waiting for permission. It also raises uncomfortable questions about recognition, pride, responsibility, and what happens when someone wants the crown without understanding the kingdom.
